- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions

1In skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned. Drain. Crush herbs.

2Add rest of ingredients, including herbs. Bring to boiling.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
