- handful thyme
- 2 slices bacon

1Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7.

2Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

3Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl.

4Divide the mixture into 16 equal pieces and roll into balls.

5Place on the prepared tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
