  • 450 g ground pork
  • 6 spring onions
  • handful parsley
  • handful rosemary
  • handful thyme
  • 2 slices bacon

    Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7.

    Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

    Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl.

    Divide the mixture into 16 equal pieces and roll into balls.

    Place on the prepared tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
