- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chives, snipped
- 2 heads fresh dill, snipped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash potatoes; peel strip around center.
