  • 1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, snipped
  • 2 heads fresh dill, snipped
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Wash potatoes; peel strip around center.

    Place in crock-pot; add water.
