- 28 ounces whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 14 cups chicken and herb seasoned stuffing mix, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano
- 14 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2Cut the tomatoes in quarters; reserve the juice that accumulates when you cut them.

3In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, accumulated juice, 1 c stuffing mix, onion, sugar, salt, oregano and rosemary.

4Mix well and pour in a greased 1 quart casserole.

5Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 stuffing mix on top of the tomatoes and dot with butter.

6Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
