- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Italian fat-free salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh basil, cilantro, oregano or thyme
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in half.

2Brush cut sides generously with dressing.

3Combine green onion, parsley and herbs.

4Place tomato halves cut side up on grill rack.

5Grill 6 to 8 minutes without turning.

6Sprinkle with onion mixture halfway through cooking. Yield:
