  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp 1 each - parsley, chives, basil, tarragon)

    While constantly whisking add vinegar and oils in a steady stream until completely incorporated

    Stir in herbs and adjust salt and pepper
