- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon coarsely cracked pepper
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart plain low-fat yogurt
Directions

1Stir parsley, chives, pepper and salt into yogurt.

2Moisten a coffee filter or double layer of cheesecloth.

3Place filter in top of a drip coffee maker or cheesecloth in a sieve.

4Add yogurt, fold top ends over, and let drip at room temperature, or overnight.

5When cheese stops dripping and feels firm enough to hold its shape, turn out and refrigerate.

6Use as a soft spread.
