- 1 (16 oz.) jar herring in wine sauce
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe black olives
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Bennett's chili sauce
Directions

1Drain and cut herring into small pieces.

2Place in bowl.

3Add green pepper, onions, olives and artichokes.

4Add chili sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

5Serve plain or with crackers or cocktail bread.
