- 24 small whole cooked beets
- 1 (6 oz.) jar pickled herring tidbits
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- dill weed sprigs (garnish)
Directions

1With small melon scoop, hollow out top of each beet.

2Drain and coarsely chop herring and fill each beet with 1/2 teaspoon. Dot with sour cream and garnish with dill weed sprigs.

3Serve cold.
