- 1 lb. fillets
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 envelope sour cream mix
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Simmer fish until it flakes with a fork.

2Cook onion in butter until clear or tender.

3Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

4Add 1 cup milk; stir until thick.

5Add cheese; prepare sour cream.

6Add fish, mushrooms and peas.

7Put in buttered baking dish, crumbs on top.

8Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
