  • 8 large chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2/3 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 cubes oleo
  • 3 cans cream of celery or chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream or yogurt
  • 3 tubes Hi Ho crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mix together soup, sour cream, almonds and 1 tube crackers. Put chicken in greased baking dish.

    Pour soup mixture over top. Melt oleo and add the other 2 tubes of crackers.

    Mix and sprinkle over top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
