  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 20 Hi-Ho Ritz crackers
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add sugar, then beat again.

    Add baking powder.

    Beat again for 1 minute.

    Crush crackers and stir into mixture with spoon.

    Stir in nuts.

    Cook on 350° for 30 minutes.
