  • 2 -5 dried hibiscus flowers (in local Hispanic stores)
  • 6 -8 ounces boiling water
  • sugar, to taste (optional)
  • mint sprig (optional)

Directions

    Place blossoms in a teacup Cover with boiling water.

    When cool enough to taste, add sugar if desired.

    Garnish with mint.
