  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • few drops red pepper sauce

Directions

    Fry bacon in a large skillet.

    Remove bacon, drain thoroughly and dice.

    Saute onions in some bacon drippings.

    Drain.

    Put together in casserole dish all the ingredients and bake for one hour at 325°.
