- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- few drops red pepper sauce
Directions

1Fry bacon in a large skillet.

2Remove bacon, drain thoroughly and dice.

3Saute onions in some bacon drippings.

5Put together in casserole dish all the ingredients and bake for one hour at 325°.
