- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. oats
- 2 Tbsp. fast rising yeast
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Heat water, honey and butter until warm.

2Add cottage cheese. Then add to dry mix.

3Add eggs.

4Add nuts last.

5Let rise until double in size.

6Make out 2 large loaves.

7Let rise one time.

8Make loaves again and let rise a second time.

9Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
