  • 4 tablespoons oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran
  • 8 tablespoons powdered skimmed milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • artificial sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon extract choice
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    In a bowl, mix brans and powdered milk.

    Add the egg, cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract (or other flavor of choice), and yeast.

    Combine all the ingredients well.

    Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
