- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 (8 ounce) package stewing beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can mushrooms
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 -6 cups water
- 1 onion, diced
Directions

1Mix flour, eggs,baking powder,salt,seasoned salt,and parsley flakes.

2Roll out onto table.

3Let dry 1 hour.

4Cut into strips.

5Cut stew beef into small pieces.

6In large soup pan add water,onion,and beef and simmer 1/2 hour.

7Then add beef bullion cubes and mushrooms let cook about 1 hour.

8Then add noodles slowly.

9Let cook about 1/2 hour or so.

10Stir occasionally.

11Add cornstartch to thicken like gravy.

12Serve with mashed potatoes.
