  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 c. butter, divided
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. quick-cooking or regular oats
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Combine milk, 2 tablespoons butter and chocolate chips in top of double boiler.

    Cook, stirring until melted and smooth.
