Ingredients

  • 14 lb domestic ham
  • 14 lb genoa salami, salamni
  • 14 lb turkey breast
  • 12 lb American cheese (Or 1/4 Provolone and 1/4 American)
  • 12 head lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Chop up cheese (3 slices on top of each other at a time) and separate.

    Chop up rest of lunchmeat and separate.

    Mix all together well.

    Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion (I use a food processor placing a bit of each in at a time).

    Mix in mayonnaise until well mixed.

    Add remaining seasonings to taste.

    Mix VERY well.

    Let stand in refridgerator over night.

    **Tip: if you don't have time, place in freezer for 1 hour and then in fridge for 2**.

    Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 1/2 hours before serving.

    Will be watery.

    Mix well.

    Slice baguette (or thin italian bread) bread into thin small pieces and serve.
