  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 lb. cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Press ground beef in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with milk, salt and pepper.

    Slice potatoes over milk. Slice onions over potatoes.

    Cube cheese over onions.

    Cover with cream of mushroom soup.

    Bake in covered dish at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
