Hobo Popcorn

   Place 1 teaspoon oil and 1 tablespoon of popcorn in center of square piece of heavy-duty foil.

   Using French folds, crease edges of foil to create a pouch.

   Seal tightly but allow room for expansion.

   Tie pouch to a lengthy stick with sturdy string. Place pouch directly on coals.

   Shake constantly until popping ceases.

   Season as desired with salt, pepper and butter.
