Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • sliced onions
  • sliced squash
  • sliced potatoes
  • carrots
  • cut up cabbage, torn apart
  • salt and pepper
  • few slices of oleo (on top)

Directions

    As you like, sliced onions, sliced squash, sliced potatoes, carrots and cut up cabbage, torn apart.

    Line a shallow baking pan with tinfoil (enough to cover supper after it is put in pan). Layer the bottom of the pan with cabbage.

    Pat out 2 hamburger steaks.

    Salt and pepper, then place them on top of the cabbage. Place onions on steaks, then place squash around the onions.

    Place potatoes around, then the carrots.

    Add salt and pepper and put a few slices of oleo on top.

    Fold tinfoil over to cover tightly and place in oven at 350° for about 45 minutes or until done.

    Serve with rolls and you have a meal for two.
