- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces cornmeal
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) margarine or butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 unbaked pie shells in pie pans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, mix sugar and cornmeal.

3Add melted margarine and mix thoroughly.

4Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each addition.

5Add all liquids, taking care to end with vinegar.

6Mix well.

7Divide filling among each unbaked pie shell.
