- 8 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. light raisins
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 large red apples, cut into 6 to 8 wedges each
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown chops in a greased skillet.

2Arrange chops in shallow 2-quart baking dish.

3Pour apple juice over chops; sprinkle with raisins and salt.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
