  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. light raisins
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 large red apples, cut into 6 to 8 wedges each
  • 1/2 c. water
