- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped pitted ripe olives (black)
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- mayonnaise
- Cocktail Cream Puffs (see recipe in Desserts)
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, green pepper, celery, olives, hot pepper and enough mayonnaise to moisten; mix lightly.

2Cut tops from miniature cream puffs.

3Fill with mixture.

4Replace tops and serve.

5Refrigerate remaining.
