- 6 pork chops
- 2 Shallots (sliced)
- 1 Bulb of Garlic (sliced)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 can Vegetable broth
- 1 box Mushrooms (sliced)
Directions

1In large skillet melt butter.

2Add shallots, garlic, and mushrooms and saute'.

3In another skillet add olive oil and place on medium heat.

4Lightly coat pork chops with flour and season with salt and pepper and place in skillet and brown on both sides.

5Once browned, take pork chops and place them in the large skillet on top of the mushrooms.

6Add vegetable broth.

7Bring to a boil then let simmer about an hour.

8Plate and spoon mushroom sauce over pork chops and enjoy.

9Pairs well with White Wine, steamed asparagus or spinach, and rice.
