Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced dried beef, finely snipped (can use pkg. sliced beef instead)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and milk; stir in dried beef, onion, green peppers and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Spoon into 8-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle pecans on top.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
