  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, firmly chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Let cream cheese soften.

    Beat with 2 tablespoons of milk. Add green pepper, onions and dried beef.

    Stir in sour cream; top with nuts.

    Put in shallow pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.

    Serve with chips or crackers.
