- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Salt and pepper on eye of the round roast (any size you wish). Wrap in heavy foil.

2Seal carefully and rewrap again.

3Roast 3 hours at 350°.

4Undo foil, jab holes in meat and pour the sauce over all and roll meat thoroughly in sauce.

5Re-wrap roast.

6Cook for another hour with sauce.

7Good hot or cold.
