Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread (20 oz. loaf)
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. red cherries
- 1 c. green cherries
- 1 c. grated coconut
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. yellow food coloring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add raisins, milk, pineapple, cherries and coconut.

3Mix well.

4In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.

5Add eggs, vanilla and food coloring.

6Mix well. Add margarine mixture to bread mixture.

7Pour into a 3-quart pan.

8Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

9Serve warm or at room temperature.
