  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Jack cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles

Directions

    Spread hash browns in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes in a 425° oven.

    Layer ham, cheeses and chiles on hash browns.

    Combine eggs, milk and salt and place on top of ham and cheese mixture.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Place salsa on top when serving.

    Can easily be doubled and baked in 9 x 13-inch pan.
