- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 lbs. fresh or frozen carrots
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender and drain.

2Mix soup, oil, and sugar.

3Slice peppers and onions and add to soup mixture.

4Pour over carrots.

5Cover and let marinate over night.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Serves 8-10.
