- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 14 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 14 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1BEAT cream cheese and sherry in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

2Add shredded cheese, crabmeat, red peppers, parsley and black pepper; mix well.

3PRESS cream cheese mixture firmly into plastic wrap-lined 3-cup mold or bowl; cover.

4Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.

5UNMOLD crab spread onto serving plate.

6Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese; press into crab spread to secure.
