  • 8 hard-cooked Large eggs, quartered
  • 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 drops warm pepper sauce

Directions

    Combine ingredients in blender container; cover and blend till of desired consistency.

    Refrigeratetill serving time to blend flavors.

    Serve with assorted crackers and chips or possibly fresh vegetable dippers.

    If blender is not available, finely chop Large eggs and thoroughly combine with remaining ingredients.
