- 5 beaten egg yolks
- 5 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 c. bourbon
- 1/2 c. rum
- 2 pt. milk
- 1 c. whipped heavy cream
- nutmeg
Directions

1In large bowl, combine yolks with sugar gradually, beating constantly.

2Stir in bourbon and rum gradually.

3Fold in milk, egg whites and cream.

4Pour into punch bowl and chill.

5Garnish with nutmeg when ready to serve.

6Yields 20 punch cups.
