- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins or dates
- 1-3/4 c. eggnog
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Combine eggnog, oil and egg and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.

2Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3Bake in 325° for 60 to 70 minutes.
