  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add 2 cups flour and mix well.

    Combine remaining flour with cherries and nuts.

    Fold into the batter.

    Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
