  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 cup rose wine
  • 1 (3 ounce) package liquid fruit pectin

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine sugar, juice, cinnamon and cloves; bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.

    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat; stir in wine and pectin.

    Skim off foam.

    Ladle into jelly jars or moisture-vaporproof freezer containers.

    Cool slightly.

    Cover with tight fitting lids.
