  • 3 lb. cooked, mashed, peeled potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Add all ingredients to the mashed potatoes; beat until light and fluffy.

    Place in a greased 9-inch round casserole and refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, bake 45 minutes at 350°.
