  • 5 lb. mashed potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, broken into small pieces
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Directions

    Beat potatoes, cream cheese and butter until cream cheese and butter have melted.

    Mix together the sour cream, milk, eggs and onion.

    Add all ingredients; beat until light and fluffy.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until light brown.
