- 1 c. crushed Keebler grasshopper fudge mint cookies (20 cookies)
- 1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
- 3 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 6 to 10 drops green food coloring
Directions

1Mix cookies and hot water.

2Press on bottom of pie crust. Beat cheese until smooth.

3Add sugar, milk and peppermint extract. Beat until smooth.

4Mix cheese mixture with Cool Whip. Divide Cool Whip in half.

5Stir food coloring in 1/2 of the Cool Whip until evenly colored. Fill pie crust with alternate spoonfuls of white and green Cool Whip.

6Smooth top of pie with spatula. Chill 3 hours.
