  • 1-1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 3 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. butter (2 blocks)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 c. cake flour

    Preheat over to 250°.

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Add nuts and fruit to mixture and stir with a spoon.
