  • 1 1/2 c. whole almonds (6 oz.)
  • 2 c. walnuts (8 oz.)
  • 2 c. pecans (8 oz.)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Toast nuts at 325° for 15 minutes.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold in sugar and salt.

    Slowly fold nuts into mixture and mix until coated.
