  • 5 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water; coat pecans with mixture.

    Mix sugar with cinnamon and salt.

    Coat pecans and stir. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, then stir.

    Decrease temperature to 250° and bake additional 30 minutes.

    Let cool, then enjoy.
