  • 1 pkg. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt soup, butter and cheese.

    Fold sour cream into mixture. Mix the potatoes in with mixture.

    Cook potatoes about 1 hour at 350°; place 1/2 stick of margarine over potaotes.

    You can put corn flakes or potato chips on top.
