  • one pre-baked 9 inch pie shell
  • one six ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate or half of a 12 oz can
  • one can of sweetened condensed milk
  • one eight ox. container of frozen whipped topping (cool whip)

    Beat together lemonade concetrate, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Empty into a nine inch pre-baked pie shell, and garnish with grated lemon peel
