  • 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. plus 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • paprika, sprinkled

Directions

    Mix together potatoes, 1 cup cheese, soups, onion, sour cream and melted butter in a large bowl.

    Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, until mixture is bubbly.

    Add 1/2 cup cheese and paprika and bake 10 minutes more. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
