- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. apricot brandy
Directions

1Cream the butter.

2Gradually add sugar and beat until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add flavorings.

3Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and brandy, blending after each addition.

4Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube cake pan. Bake 70 minutes at 325°.

5Allow cake to cool in pan about 30 minutes. Serves 16 to 20.
