- roast
- Italian dressing
- lemon pepper, A.1. sauce and Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- cornstarch
- sour cream
Directions

1Marinate the roast overnight in Italian dressing.

2Rub over the lemon pepper and 2 sauces.

3Put under the broiler until lightly browned on all sides about 20 minutes.

4Remove from oven and pour over the broth.

5Put roast in pan on a rack and bake in 300° oven uncovered for 10 minutes per pound.

6Remove roast from liquid; thicken gravy with cornstarch.

7Just before serving, add a couple of dabs of sour cream to the gravy.
