Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
  • 1/2 c. toasted pecans

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.

    Allow to cool, then add the orange juice.

    Set in the refrigerator until it starts to congeal.

    Add the cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Return to refrigerator to set.

    This is especially good with turkey or wild fowl.

    Serves 6 to 8.
